Online Therapy 

Finding a therapist just became a lot easier due to the widespread introduction of telehealth due to COVID-19.  You get to avoid driving, traffic, and waiting by accessing our sessions through Google Meet virtual meetings.

 Make sure that you:

  • Have a private, quiet space for our sessions

  • Use a device that has both audio and visual capabilities

  • Use earphones with an attached microphone

Online counseling is offered when clinically appropriate.  You must be physically located in Maryland, Virginia, and Florida during our scheduled appointments. Some clients choose to have our virtual sessions in the comfort of their own home, or in their parked car to ensure that they have privacy.
